Stay Fit...Weight Loss...Stay Slim....Stay Healthy

Times are changing.The scenario is such that we cannot afford to do a morning walk when the world is running.You have to work hard.Work for hours.Its toll taking for your body.So the need of the hour is to stop behaving as if you are running a race.You got to have the energy to continue and carry on.Only then will you have the power to climb new peaks.No matter,what nature of work you do,equally important is you stay fit.Staying fit does not mean,that if you do not have a disease,you are healthy.Health is a state of physical,mental, social as well as sexual well being.You cannnot stay healthy if you arent happy.And similarly,you cant stay happy if you arent fit

For this,is a certain amount of exercise.You might think that you do not have time to go to a gym.Or the gym is too costly.Or any reason because of which you are unable to go to a gym.So i advice you to simply get in your jogging shoes and go for a brisk walk.OR better if you could do jogging...But jogging on a hard surface might also cause pain in your knees
The other option is that u learn a simple exercise program which you can do even when you are at home.For this,you may just require an hour of training.But the most important thing which is required is the dedicatiion and will power to continue and do it regularly..
Equally impportant is the dietary planning for which you can consult a dietician or me if you are interested.Firstly,this should be started with quitting of smoking, alcohol or any form of tobacco product.Then a dietary regimen according to your weight,sex,activity,body composition and your job.
Side by side you must learn some form of stress management.
